MG3 Developer Group wants to build a mixed-use building near Aventura with office condos and retail space. Dixie Office LLC, an affiliate of Hollywood-based MG3, filed a pre-application notice with Miami-Dade County officials on Dec. 16. A pre-application is filed so a developer can discuss plans with county departments before submitting an official zoning application.
