This project lies within the emerging Edgewater District North of Downtown Miami. The tower provides views east to Biscayne Bay and West to Midtown and Wynwood, emerging entertainment districts. The building base incorporates contemporary art into the facades through large permeable screens, providing garage ventilation and acknowledging the neighboring arts district.
