Located immediately east of the Miami International Airport, this project lies in the emerging Palmer Lake Business District. The shape of the tower has a distinct bend, conforming to the shape of the site and enabling one wing to face the Miami River where the glazing is accentuated. Along with the 165 guest rooms which are located over five floors there is a ground floor restaurant parallel to the sidewalk with outdoor seating to define the urban nature of the area. A gym, entertainment area and swimming pool with landscaped decks complete the scene. Additionally there is a special rooftop feature where outdoor seating is provided and guests can view planes arriving and departing from the airport.
