Buildings occasionally become unused or underutilized. In this case, an office complex has lost many of its tenants. By reimaging what the space can be, we have created a live-work-play environment. We chose to keep and renovate two of the existing office buildings as well as a portion of the on-grade parking and a two story garage. We have added a large grocery store, as well as two large mixed-use towers. Each tower has an internal parking garage with liner units, as well as units above. On grade, there are commercial spaces for retail and restaurants along the entire façade.
