We provided a complete 2,100 LF / $2.9 million facade renovation of an existing 420,000 SF power shopping center. The project included major facade redesign of 1,700 LF including 7 of the anchor tenants, Michaels, TJ Maxx, Office Depot, Ross, Party City, Ulta, & Discovery, as well as several small retail exterior facades and outdoor common areas.
