ALTURE AT WESTLAND

Alture at Westland is a unique project, as an existing hotel, it was converted into a micro-unit concept. The project site is approximately 4.9 acres and is centrally located at the corner of the Palmetto Expressway and west 49th street, directly across Westland Mall. As part of the city of Hialeah’s (NBD) neighborhood business district overlay, the 4 story building was allowed to be converted from lodging to 254 residential micro units. The original conference center was converted into a new retail strip and a new level of parking to provide adequate parking.
