Soleste Hollywood Boulevard Planned For 2001 Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood, Florida, 33020

Soleste Hollywood Boulevard is one step closer to completion in Broward County, Florida. Sources report that earlier in 2021, developers demolished an office building and a nightclub to make way for the community. Now, the 2.26-acre site will soon be home to an eight-story building.

The South Florida Business Journal reports that plans call for 324 apartments and 30,000 square feet of commercial space. Plans also include more than 450 parking spots. In 2020, the Real Deal reported that homes will range from studios to three-bedroom apartments.

The venture will cost more than $80 million to complete. The goal is to address South Florida’s housing boom. Because of the demand, Hollywood is rezoning various areas to accommodate mixed-use and high-density ventures. Modis Architects LLC designed Soleste Hollywood Boulevard.

Estate General Contractors LLC is the general contractor. The Miami-based organization could start construction in Fall 2022––although this hasn’t been confirmed. Based on its size and scope, Soleste Hollywood Boulevard could take anywhere from 12 to 24 months to complete.

Icon Office Building LLC/Firm Realty and the Estate Companies are the venture’s developers. Kimberly Moyer Landscape Architect is the landscape architect, and Thomas Engineering Group, LLC is the civil engineer.

Soleste Hollywood Boulevard is just one of many developments under the Soleste brand. The community’s address is 2001 Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood, Florida, 33020, in Broward County.
