Ground-level amenities include a large community center, fitness center, and other residents’ services. Brisas del Rio is only one piece of a larger development Master Plan for Related Urban’s River Park Neighborhood. The Development located between the Miami River and Marlins Stadium will contribute to the growing need for service housing in the Little Havana neighborhood.
