INDIAN CREEK PLAZA

Existing shopping center composed of three metal frame and CMU buildings with an approximate combined 630 LF of front façade. The overall concept will be to improve the existing façade by capturing as much of the existing massing as possible and provide new architectural features and detailing to create a new Florida Vernacular architectural language for the entire center.
