SHOPS AT VILLAGE POINT

The project is an existing shopping center including a fitness center as the Anchor and two major restaurants at the signature specialty/entertainment tenants facing 19th Street. The remainder of the existing shopping center is composed of small specialty shop tenants. The redevelopment of the center will include the façade renovation of the existing small shops and larger tenants approximately 1,200 LF, an entry feature, new hardscape and landscape features, new canopy structures, architectural lighting, and signage & environmental graphics.
