Soleste Hollywood, an 8-story mid-rise mix-use building, with 324 apartments and 30,000 square feet of commercial space. The project, which is being developed on a site that previously housed Hollywood’s first bank, included the preservation of the vintage bank vault on the ground floor as well as a portion of the bank’s façade. The 3.38-acre property is adjacent to North Dixie Highway and Hollywood Boulevard and will have a two-level parking podium for 469 vehicles.
