ALTO TOWER

Located along the 36th corridor in Miami’s Allapattah neighborhood, Alto Tower will be a 6 story mid-rise residential development that will offer 84 affordable housing units. The new development will incorporate surface parking behind ground level amenities facing the main thoroughfare. Alto Tower will bring much needed affordable housing to Miami and its workforce sector. Units will be designed to meet all Florida Housing Accessibility requirements and the development will include an approximately 2,600 SF clubhouse.
