BAY POINTE

Located in the Perrine neighborhood of Miami-Dade County, Bay Point is a great example of the county’s new urban districts, providing high-density housing along one of the county’s transportation hubs. The project is a 269-unit, 8-story mid-rise building. The design includes an 8-story stand-alone prefabricated parking garage connecting to all residential levels. This Mixed-use project will also include residential amenities and ground-level retail helping activate Homestead Avenue and the surrounding neighborhood.
