Countryside Shops

Countryside Shops is a large retail center that we completely renovated. This began with a cohesive plan to redo all 1700 lineal feet of façade around the complex. 5,000 SF of new small shops were added, a 26,000 SF new major tenant was added, and we also designed a new Publix façade. Additionally, Modis integrated 4,700 sf of place-making spaces that included landscaping, hardscape, and seating areas.
