GALLERY AT SMATHERS PLAZA III

Gallery at Smathers Plaza was the third development of the Smathers Plaza master plan. The 8-story residential building offers 139 elderly units, a community center, residents’ amenities and a gazebo for an outdoor recreation area. Located within vibrant Little Havana neighborhood, the project offers an infusion of much needed elderly housing for the current residents being displaced by the resurgence of Little Havana.
