LIMELIGHT AT UNIVERSAL

The Universal RFP site, is located along Destination Parkway East of the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. The proposed development will be comprised of approximately 20 acres with lake access. The project will consist of roughly 1,000 mixed-income residential units, retail, and residential amenities.

A 5-story mid-rise residential development with approximately 1,000 mixed-income units including market rate, co-living, townhome, workforce, elderly, and family affordable residential units. The residential portion will consist of six (6) mid-rise buildings each different residential uses and parking.
