Located along 88th street (Kendall Drive and SW 170th Avenue) this 3-story residential development includes surface parking, resident amenities, and 76 resident units comprised of 50 one-bedroom/one-bathroom units and 26 two-bedroom/two-bathroom units. Ground floor uses are limited to commercial use with 13,288 square feet of retail space.

This affordable housing project was made possible with public financing. $14.49 million in funding from the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Equity (LIHTC) program and $1.6 million in financing from Miami-Dade County.

This development will meet the demand for new affordable housing in the vibrant suburban West Kendall neighborhood. The development will be close to the hospital, grocery stores, public transportation, and great schools. The property offers a fitness center, a club room, a leasing office, and 163 surface parking spaces.
