The project includes the exterior renovation and addition to the existing restaurant space at the Ocean Bank building located at 782 NW 42nd Avenue in Miami, Florida. The redesign and repositioning of the restaurant will include several design aspects including site enhancements, improved customer experience, and architectural façade renovation.
