SHOPPES AT BOCA GREENS

The project is the renovation of The Shoppes at Boca Greens. The redesign and repositioning of the center will include several design aspects including site, pedestrian, and architectural enhancements. These enhancements will be comprised of several components which will require modifications to the ground surface and building exterior. Site enhancements include new paving and landscaping, new decorative paving at interior road intersections and crosswalks, enhanced landscape areas along circulation roads, and landscape lighting to embellish entry drives. Pedestrian experience includes new pedestrian cross walks and access points as well as the creation of open public spaces/nodes with landscape, furniture, and environmental graphics. Architectural enhancements include façade modifications to approximately 1,400 linear feet of existing exterior.
