Modifications to approximately 1,900 LF of existing exterior façade. The renovation to the existing façade included capturing as much of the existing massing as possible and provide new architectural features and detailing to create a new architectural language for the entire center. New Entry & Corner Features Facade feature towers, hardscape and landscape place making outdoor features, canopy structures, Architectural Lighting, and Signage & Environmental Graphics.
